Anita Demps, JD is the Director of Operations at Sideline Sport Psychology and Wellness, where she leads with clarity, compassion, and a sharp strategic mind. With a Juris Doctorate from the McGeorge School of Law, Anita brings a unique blend of legal expertise and operational insight to her role, helping the practice run efficiently while supporting its continued growth and impact.

Anita manages internal systems, staff coordination, scheduling, compliance, and daily logistics to ensure that both clinicians and clients experience a supportive and seamless environment. Her leadership style is grounded in service, transparency, and follow-through. Whether she is navigating a policy update or helping a family get connected to care, Anita approaches every task with integrity and heart.
